Empercom is a full service creative agency that provides creative marketing solutions for small businesses through social media, buzz and viral marketing. We use current web standards and technologies that help create a healthy website environment.

1:: Submit a Request for Proposal or Select a Package

You can submit a request for a custom quote or simply select one of our convenient design packages.

2:: Free Consultation

We will contact you within 2 business days to discuss the details of the project. At this point, we will send you an official quote for you to review. The quote will have a detailed breakdown of the services requested as well as a projected time frame for the project and project milestones.

3:: Initial Payment

Once the Terms of the Quote are accepted, we will send an invoice for the initial payment. For convenience, we accept all major credit cards via PayPal.com as well as a business check. Typically, we charge 40% of the official quote before we start.

4:: Content, Design, and Layout

Once payment is received, we will begin the initial design and layout of the project. We will require you to send us all of the content that we need to complete the project. This content will include things like a list of services, an "About Us" paragraph, Contact Information, etc.

5:: Client Approval Process

We will complete all assignments that are included on the official quote. This will be a process and it will include a series of submissions for client approval.

6:: Final Payment

We will send you a final invoice for the outstanding balance from the quote. The balance is due before the final files are delivered or the website goes live.
